View Award - Captain's Merit Citation
Awarded to players a Captain feels is worthy; those who show exceptional performance in their duties, and those of their characters, both in character and out of character. Iit is intended to express gratitude and show appreciation for the efforts the player and/or crew awarded. Awarded to the player(s) and/or crew that the CO felt outshone the rest for the month or any time period.
This award applies both In-Character and Out-Of-Character.
